As my two year term as president of the IBCA comes to a close, I'd like to say "thank you" to all that gave their support, direction and encouragement along the way.  It has been my pleasure and privilege to serve as president.  The "life blood" of our organization is our membership and I hope that all of you who have been involved will continue to do so.  I also hope that you will encourage others who are not involved with our organization to consider providing their support by becoming members of our organization.  It is very important that our members continue to let our IBCA District Board members know of their ideas, concerns and problems. 

We want to serve our membership to the best of our ability.  We have made some great strides in certain areas over the past two years, but there is still much more work to be done.  Just as is the case with our own teams, things that are done TOGETHER are so much more effective and beneficial.  Again, let us know how we can best serve you, our members, so we can make this the best possible organization for all who are involved.  Please join me in wishing Coach Tom Wierzba all the best as he assumes the role of president at our September board meeting.  Finally, special thanks to Chuck Rolinski, our Executive Director, who continues to provide us with the overall leadership and direction that makes the IBCA such a great organization!
